Silver is usually associated with gold.
The gold leaching process produces silver in the form of an insoluble silver chloride.
Silver chloride is separated and collected by filtration and then treated with pure zinc powder to precipitate pure silver.
Silver is then treated and washed with sulfuric acid and water to remove any impurities left in order to render minimum purity of 999 required by the market.
The pure silver is then melted and converted into grains.
Samples are then taken for determining the purity of the silver before adjusting the bar weight. Silver bars are made in accordance with customer requirement.
